An observational study to evaluate the efficacy of Saha Ashwagandhadi Taila Nasya and Balashatavaryadi Ghrita Tarpana in Prathama Patalagata Timira with special reference to Simple Myopia

Introduction: Prathama Patalagata Timira is one of the stages which a Drishtigata Roga and can be correlated to Simple Myopia with characteristic symptom blurred vision for distant objects. This disease said physiological become major health concern. It common cause ocular morbidity that may ultimately lead blindness as explained by Vagbhatacharya. Objectives: The objectives study are evaluate efficacy Nasya Tarpana in relieving & Asthenopic symptoms such head ache, eye strain, watering eyes. Methods: 30 patients fulfilling inclusion criteria simple myopia were randomly selected. Saha Ashwagandhadi taila 7 days then from 8th day Balashatavaryadi Ghrita was done days, followed 2 follow-ups. Results: overall assessment before treatment, on 15th day, 30th 44th day. Conclusion: has role improving where relieves asthenopic well improves vision.
